October's meeting featured Joe Kraft of Pearl Technology speaking on WCF and Volt Workforce Solutions sponsoring with dinner and prizes.
Joes presentation was interesting and lead to some great discussion. The discussion portion is something I would like to focus on in future meetings. Collectively sharing our experiences in an open forum environment is a big benefit of belonging to this group.
Volt provided some of the best deep-dish pizza I have ever had as well as an iPod Shuffle to give away, on top of all of the other prizes we gave away. In addition to providing Joe Kraft, Pearl added a nice PING polo-style shirt to give away.
We gave away a couple of O'Reilly books on the topic of WCF. Good stuff!
