Hey Todd- I just d/l and tried these with v 4.1 of CS. I get errors like these : C:\Documents and Settings\RichaL02\My Documents\CodeSmith\Templates\Tod1dTemplatesV2\Tod1dCodeSmithTemplate\Tod1d_StoredProcedures.cst(8,0): error CODESMITH0007: CodeTemplate directive can not appear after content. C:\Documents and Settings\RichaL02\My Documents\CodeSmith\Templates\Tod1dTemplatesV2\Tod1dCodeSmithTemplate\Tod1d_StoredProcedures.cst(10,0): error CODESMITH0007: Property directive can not appear after content. C:\Documents and Settings\RichaL02\My Documents\CodeSmith\Templates\Tod1dTemplatesV2\Tod1dCodeSmithTemplate\Tod1d_StoredProcedures.cst(14,0): error CODESMITH0007: Property directive can not appear after content. C:\Documents and Settings\RichaL02\My Documents\CodeSmith\Templates\Tod1dTemplatesV2\Tod1dCodeSmithTemplate\Tod1d_StoredProcedures.cst(15,0): error CODESMITH0007: Property directive can not appear after content. C:\Documents and Settings\RichaL02\My Documents\CodeSmith\Templates\Tod1dTemplatesV2\Tod1dCodeSmithTemplate\Tod1d_StoredProcedures.cst(16,0): error CODESMITH0007: Property directive can not appear after content. and so on, in both the sproc and class library

Thanks for pointing this out. I will look into the issue as time allows. I have not tested these with CodeSmith 4.1.

I used your V2 templates sucessfully at home on CodeSmith 3 but when I got to the offie and tried it with a version 4 of Codesmith  it failed to build the templates.  I found that the problems were with the comments.  A end comment tag must be "--%>" in this version.  

Once I made the changes the template compiled.
