I ran into a problem with one of my database's transaction logs growing to nearly 30 gigs on a 60 gig hard drive. Yikes!

I have run into similar issues over the years and have never quite figured out what the root of these issues have been. The following articles do a good job at hinting what might be causing SQL Server 2000 transaction logs to grow and what you can do to prevent them from getting out of control.
